#8749: Filters - Invalid Character Gives Error Message

Single Quotes are not permitted in Set Filter search functions.

If a user inputs 'single quotes' into the search parameter of the Set Filter Function, they will be presented with an error message advising them that the single quote is not permitted in the search criteria.
